Week 8 got really scary for some teams over the Halloween weekend and even worse for us fans.

Lets get ready for the week 8 recap

Week 8 of this NFL season …What can I say, every time I think I got a handle on who this team is or that team is some other team pulls an upset and blows that up. I mean some teams did what I expected. The Giants, Ravens and Texans all had a little more trouble then expected  but all came away wit wins. While The Lions got back in the win column. All while further killing the myth that is Tim Tebow as a Pro Quarterback. And of coarse The Cowboys once again are lookin like another bad team as they got trounced by the Eagles. But enough of that Lets get to why we’re here The Week 8 Biggest Winners and Losers!!!

Biggest Winners

Our First Week 8 winner is  The Buffalo Bills who jus keep winning as they got the shut out on the Redskins 23-0 and move to 5-2 on the season and sit in first place of that division. The Bills run game has been there bread and butter all season and week 8 was no different as RB Fred Jackson rushed for 120 yds on 26 carries. And Fresh off his contract extension QB Ryan Fitzpatrick was sharp going 21-27 for 262 yds and 2 TD’s. The Hype may be real!

Our second week 8 winner is  The Pittsburgh Steelers who snapped a 6 game home losing streak to  The Patriots with a 25-17 win. Ben Roethlisberger did his best Tom Brady impression going  36-50 for 365 yds and 2 TD’s while they held Tom Brady and that potent Offense to 198 yds passing. They controlled Time of Possession 39 min to New England’s 20 min and held them to jus 213 yds of total offense….Who said this defense was gettin old?

Our Final Week 8 winner is  The Kansas City Chiefs. Who we all had left for dead after there 0-3 start have won four straight to pull into first place in the AFC West.  With back to back division wins over Oakland last week and San Diego this week the Chiefs are eyeing another division title. Lets Go Chiefs!!!

Biggest Losers

Our first week 8 loser is The New Orleans Saints. Who jus cant seem to get any consistency going. A week after puttin up 60+ pts on the Colts. The Saints went into St Louis and laid an egg in an ugly 31-21 loss. The Rams defense sacked Drew Brees 6 times and picked him off 2 times. While The Saints defense allowed RB Steven Jackson to run all over them to the tune of 159 yds and 2 TD’s on 25 carries. Not Good

Our second week 8 loser is The Dallas Cowboys. Who got absolutely stomped by the Eagles 34-7. This game was so big for both teams but nobody told the Cowboys. They only had the ball for 17 minutes…….17 minutes. The Rob Ryan led defense gave up 239 yds rushing including 185 rushing yds  and 2 TD’s to RB LeSean “Shady” McCoy. The Dallas Offense allowed QB Tony Romo to get sacked 4 times and Romo had a QB rating of 66.7…….Too Bad Dallas.

Our final week 8 loser is The San Diego Chargers. Who had victory in there grasp in week 8,on the road in Kansas City wit less then a minute left in the 4th qtr, in the red zone. Well into Field Goal range wit the game tied 20-20 and QB Phillip Rivers fumbles the snap and turns the ball over. The game goes into overtime and they lose on a field goal. The very definition of “EPIC FAIL” They also had 4 turnovers and 12 penalties for 105 yds….SMH
