UFC 134  

UFC 134 takes place in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, home of some of the BEST Mixed Martial Artist EVER.

Its been 13 yrs since the UFC has visited Brazil and they bringing a stacked card with’em for UFC 134!!!

With legends of the sport like Royce Gracie, Wanderlei Silva,Vitor Belfort and The Nogueira Brothers layin the path for future legends like Shogun Rua(Rua is actually kinda both), Jose Aldo, Lyoto Machida, Junior Dos Santos,and Anderson Silva, they are definitely the front runners in the sport. And now at UFC 134 they get to go back to where it all started…..HOME!!

 

UFC 134 will feature a Middleweight Title Bout wit current champ and P4P King Anderson”The Spider” Silva facing of against number1 contender Yushin”Thunder” Okami. Silva and Okami have met before back in 06 at The Rumble on the Rocks card,where Okami became the last man to defeat “The Spider” via disqualification when Silva knocked Okami out with an illegal upkick. Since then Silva has been on an absolute tear capturing the UFC middleweight title while ripping off 14 straight victories and 8 successful title defenses most coming in Spectacular fashion. Silva has completely cleaned out the middleweight division and moved up to 205 and beat the shit outta 2 people up there. With wins over some of the best fighters in the world Anderson has Solidified himself as the Best fighter on the Planet PERIOD!!!

Okami is no slouch with impressive wins over Nate Marquardt, Mark Munoz, and Lucio Linhares Okami enters this fight on a three fight win streak. And is lookin to show that his win over Silva was not jus do to disqualification.

The undercard of UFC 134 features a rematch from UFC 76 Forrest Griffin vs Mauricio”Shogun” Rua a bout matching former Lightheavyweight Champs against each other. At UFC 76 Shogun who was making his UFC debut was choked out by Griffin in the 3rd rd. Griffin is lookin to get back in the title hunt and has won 2 in a row since his loss to Anderson Silva. Shogun is lookin to rebound from losing the title to Jon Jones at UFC 128. The winner of this match will find themselves back in the title hunt while the loser will likely be relegated to gatekeeper.
